Sea Isle Marina is the former name for what’s now widely listed as Venetian Marina & Yacht Club, a full-service facility on Biscayne Bay near the Venetian Causeway. Its Downtown Miami location is a major draw for boaters who want quick water access plus easy walkability to hotels, dining, and nightlife.

On the water, you’re positioned for fast runs across Biscayne Bay, heading toward Miami Beach and the Venetian Islands, or transiting toward PortMiami and Government Cut for Atlantic access (weather and traffic permitting). Because this is an active urban boating corridor, plan for wake traffic and occasional event surges.

Transient availability can be limited, so it’s smart to reserve early and call ahead with your LOA, beam, draft, and power needs. Captains also note currents can be strong in the basin—bring extra lines and fenders and request docking assistance if needed.

Sea Isle Marina has been rebranded as Venetian Marina & Yacht Club, following acquisition and planned renovations announced by Integra Marinas (acquired in 2021). The marina is well known locally for its proximity to the Venetian Causeway and its role during major Miami boating events—news coverage has tied the site to the Miami International Boat Show’s in-water activity and sea trials.

Dockage is commonly listed at roughly 222 wet slips with published maximum vessel lengths up to about 130 feet (availability varies). Waterway listings note limited transient slips, so advance reservations are strongly recommended. Approach and dock depths are commonly cited around 13 ft on approach and about 10 ft at the dock, but captains should verify depths with the marina and account for tide and real-time conditions.
